Crochet Karaoke respects you. We don't track you, show ads, or sell your data.

What We Store on Your Device

All of your crochet patterns, project names, preferences, and progress are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the PDF conversion feature described below.

What We Collect

Device Identifier — When you first open the app, we generate a random ID for your device. This is used solely to route push notifications to your device. It is not linked to your identity and resets if you uninstall the app.

Push Notification Token — If you choose to enable notifications, Apple provides a token that lets us notify you when a PDF conversion finishes. We store this token on our server only for delivery purposes.

PDF Files (Pro Subscribers) — If you use the PDF conversion feature, the PDF you select is uploaded to our server for processing. PDFs are deleted from our server as soon as conversion completes or fails. We do not retain copies.

Subscription Status — We use Apple's StoreKit to verify your subscription. We receive a cryptographic token from Apple that confirms your subscription status. We do not receive or store your Apple ID, payment method, or billing details.

Data Security

Communication between the app and our server uses HTTPS encryption. Your local data is stored using standard iOS data protection.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we'll notify you through the app.
